Please note the dataset and app will be expanded in the future as we perform further data generation and analyses. We generated bulk RNA-Seq profiles of sorted neurons covering 41 neuron classes, presented in the associated preprint. We provide expression estimates integrating those bulk samples with our scRNA-Seq data, as well as the expression levels of non-coding RNAs.
The source code of this app is available on Zenodo. The processed data is available in the downloads tab. A GEO link to the raw data will be available shortly.
